"Ski-Doo ® Million Dollar Club Support Program"

USA - OFFICIAL RULES

 

1.      PROGRAM DURATION: Beginning on September 1st 2009 through to November 15th 2009, 11:59 pm ET. 

2.      HOW TO ENTER:  During the entire program, obtain your donation certificate at one of the following locations: web site www.ski-doo.com, magazines/newsprints, state publications, in all US fall snowmobile shows. Visit www.ski-doo.com to get the detailed list of the fall tour stops. Simply fill out the certificate and drop it in the official ballot box located at a Ski-Doo dealership before November 15, 2009.  Only one $10 donation certificate per individual club member will be accepted. 

3.       PRIZE CLAIMS:  Only duly registered provincial non-profit snowmobile clubs in the participating regions are eligible for prizes (“Clubs”). Prizes will be awarded to participating Clubs and not to individual Club members. All prize claims are subject to verification.  Any certificate that is tampered with, counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, is null and void. Liability for an irregular certificate is limited to replacement of the certificate with another, while supplies last. Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (“BRP” or the “Sponsor”) is not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors or errors by mechanical readers or for lost, late, misdirected or postage-due mail or entries.

4.       ELIGIBILITY:  This program is open to snowmobile Clubs, who's members and club are duly registered with the State Association in the USA, who have reached the legal age to drive snowmobiles in their state at the time they enter the program. A Club member is someone who bought a trail permit from a Club or an association during the previous snowmobile season or the season currently in progress. Any person that does not meet the Club member definition will not be eligible to participate in this program. BRP reserves the right to confirm members' identity with Clubs or the state association, if needed, before prizes are distributed.

5.       PRIZES:  The following prizes are available to be won:

·         3rd prize:  Each Club can receive up to $1,500 cash. Each Club member that brings the $10 donation certificate to a Ski-Doo dealership, duly filled out, and puts the certificate inside the official ballot box will donate $10 cash, paid for by BRP and its dealers, to his/her Club, up to a maximum of $1,500 in cash per Club (150 members x $10= $1,500).

·         2nd prize: Each Club can receive up to $1,000 in Ski-Doo parts, accessories and clothing (PAC“) if the Club reaches a 75% membership participation rate (number of certificates received/ total number of Club members)

·         1st prize: One of 2, 2009 Ski-Doo snowmobile (Ski-Doo® MXZ Adrenaline or Summit Everest 800R), a retail value of $9,699 USD (MSRP) for the MXZ and $9,599 USD (MSRP) for the Summit.  One Club in each of the region, East and West, (East = Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, Wisconsin); (West = California / Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming), having obtained both the maximum amount of $1,500 and a 75% participation rate, will be eligible for the 1st prize.  The Club in each region with the highest participation rate will receive the 1st prize. The winning Club will be solely responsible for any applicable vehicle title, license and registration fees, [CN1] freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions, inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle.  The Ski-Doo snowmobile prize must be warranty registered in the Club's Name.  The winning Club must take delivery of the First prize at a participating authorized Ski-Doo dealer confirmed by BRP no later than April 15, 2010, or prize will be forfeited. 

 

6.       There are no transfer, substitution or cash alternatives for any prize, except at the option of the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7.       Odds of winning: the odds of winning depend upon the number of Clubs in your region, the total members in your Club and the individual Club membership participation rates. No purchase necessary.

8.      GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this program in whole or in part at any time without liability. Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, the program is not capable of running as planned, or for any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or of any person's computer hardware or software. Should the program be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.ski-doo.com.

 

9.      Each potential Club winner will be notified via certified mail. Club winners will be sent in early February 2010 an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release via overnight mail which must be signed and returned in the envelope provided, which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date of the release, or the prize will be forfeited[CN2] .   By accepting prizes, Club winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, images, voices, and statements related to the contest, for advertising purposes, without further compensation.

10.    Each BRP dealer will be supplied an official tracked return envelope to be used to return the coupons.  Coupons not submitted with this envelope are null and void.  A 3rd neutral party is mandated to tabulate all coupons for the purpose of cash payment to clubs.  The 3rd party's count is considered the official final count and cannot be challenged.  A dealer may wish to count the coupons submitted but only the official count will be considered.

11.    WINNERS’ LIST:  For a list of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be postmarked by April 1st , 2010 to: Bombardier Recreational Products Inc., " Ski-Doo® Million Dollar Club Support Program" 75, rue J-A Bombardier, Sherbrooke, Québec J1L 1W3.
